I have just purchased twist cam 12.0 from "Satyam computers Inc" #89/9, SP Road, Bangalore on 18th Feb 2010 evening 8pm / Phone 080 41765008

Today I have installed it to my laptop and seeing the photos/ videos and found clarity is totally poor and can't see, it’s totally affecting my Eye.

Please can you reply me back what I have to do.

I only brought in the intension the model is good, its 2MP video and 12MP still image resolution also heard I ball product are good.
First Time I am using I ball products and totally disappointed about my selection of brand.

I do not want to keep this product at all and cannot afford to go back to shop and spend another4300 bucks for selecting your product.

Please think about my valuable time and money involved by purchasing your brand product.

I hope you will understand the customer frustration because I have trusted your branded products.

Please, please tell me what the solution is and how I can return this product back to you.
